intake: a shitload more than I planned! had broiled grouper at that seafood place, with green beans as one side and a tossed salad (italian dressing) as the other. I waaaay overstuffed myself, but it was SO GOOD! I had lots of cocktail sauce, well, not TONS, I mean I’ve had more, but whatever, it was a lot. I drank water. at least it was lean protein, veggies, and low-fat everything else....
