biggest binge of my life
probably up in the 1,000 calories at this point.
couldn’t even list the immense amount of what I ate. Lots of small portions of things that probably equalled up to LITERALLY in the 1,000s.
going to the therapist now. update when I get back.

It was awesome. I’m a freshman and got 3rd in my category, falling behind the top two SENIORS, the winner of which was helped in her act by a Broadway alumnus. I’m happy with 3rd! :) Food was a catastrophe. Sort of. I had three meals yesterday, but they mostly consisted of salad and apple. I snacked a lot in between...

I just got off the phone with mom, she’s picking up Diet Coke and peach fizzy water on her way home.
I told her I already ate breakfast, which, of course, I didn’t, so she’ll hopefully be off my case until lunch.
Weighed 105 this morning, or near it. Not 110, not 100. We don’t have a digital so it’s hard to be precise.
Lunch, I’m hoping will be chicken noodle...

intake: a shitload more than I planned!
had broiled grouper at that seafood place, with green beans as one side and a tossed salad (italian dressing) as the other. I waaaay overstuffed myself, but it was SO GOOD! I had lots of cocktail sauce, well, not TONS, I mean I’ve had more, but whatever, it was a lot. I drank water. at least it was lean protein, veggies, and low-fat everything else....

countable intake: 160 (maple brown sugar oatmeal)
dinner was grilled chicken. I think that’s around 160 cals, I had about 3 oz. I also had cauliflower, green bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms baked as a side dish.
at least it was protein. I’ve been up and about since then, until right now when I’m sitting down. just got back from Wal Mart.

I know I said I’d restrict today. I forgot we were dancing in class this morning, so I had oatmeal. WE DIDN’T EVEN FUCKING DANCE. Tomorrow I’m restricting for sure because I KNOW we aren’t dancing, and dad’s taking us out to dinner tomorrow night.
I did skip a snack today because who knows what will happen for dinner.
My mom made me weigh this morning,...
